Born and raised on a dairy farm in Paoli, I'm still a local - now raising a family here with my wife, Kara (affectionately known at home as "Ol' Red").

The highlight of first grade? A class project where we hatched chicks. Kara desperately wanted one as a pet, but in a classic "farm kid" move, I ended up taking the entire flock home.

Fast forward 36 years, and here we are - married for 19 years, raising a lively household that has included a dozen chickens, four kids, a few goldfish, two dogs, one cat, one rabbit, one tortoise, and a duck.
